Education foundation registers a case under section 66 with Delhi Police
A Delhi based educational foundation, having branches across India has become the latest victim of online defamatory content, with anonymous person putting up videos & pictures of the foundation’s employees meet with derogatory comments in Rave Parties section on Youtube and some other website.
The said foundation has approached the Delhi cyber crime cell, which has registered a case under section 66 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and investigations are underway.
